I am not feeling well physically.I hadn't been measuring my blood sugars for the last 20 days and I know they were extremely high,it has left me feeling sick.I was eating the wrong foods and I know I have gained weight.I need to lower my blood sugars.I am hopeful that I can do this and I feel optimistic towards the coming new year.I hope 2019 will be good for me,I am starting new classes and have plans.
