I weighed 148.6. I had the usual string cheese and snapple. I went out to lunch and I had half of a plain skirt steak sandwich which I put at 400 calories, a small cup of French onion soup with no cheese on top that I put at 200 and a few fries which I also put at 200. I知 not sure if I知 correct on any of this. For dinner I値l have a 3oz of ham which I知 putting at 200 calories. I worked today so I did burn some calories. I値l see what the scale says tomorrow.
