here where I am mindfulness is staying grounded, staying focused, staying consciously aware... so to answer your question yes it helped me and was a huge part of my integration process.

by any chance do you mean meditation ( the therapy approach / art of deep breathing, closing your eyes and relaxing, focusing your thoughts on your body and purposely doing breathing and other techniques to lower your stress and tightness in your body)

if so the answer is yes I do many forms of meditation including self meditations, guided meditations and class meditations like yoga, tai chi and others.
