I am still physically unwell from high sugars,I hope to bring them down further today,they came down from 549 yesterday to 307 today and I hope to get them down further.I am feeling upset about this.I am down and depressed anyway today cos of the time of year,New Year's Eve makes me feel alone and forlorn.I want to get out the house and go for a trip round town centre but I can't do that until wednesday 2nd January.
