i had similar problems on seroquel. i asked about the other drugs because part of the problem in my case was the other stuff also being prescribed...

if you cannot talk to your psych doctor, can you get help from a family doctor? especially with a long acting injection, I would hope a doctor (maybe not the psych) would do something to help you.
