Been fighting a cold for over two weeks now. I can feel my mood going down hill now that Christmas is over. I am currently in IOP to help from being too depressed this winter. I hope everyone had a good new year's eve yesterday. I stayed in. Didn't even watch the ball fall this year. Didn't wake up until after. January and February are hard months for me. I am trying to stay more positive this year but we will see how long that lasts.
