I am happy to hear your life is stable. Have you made any friends at the place where you work? Do you have hobbies where you can meet people? Maybe you can meet your neighbors and chat with them. I would start off with small talk when meeting new people. It is safer than telling people all about yourself when you first meet them. I personally am not crazy about small talk, but I do use small talk with acquaintances just to be friendly. Perhaps these ideas will help.
