Meantime, as an observation... I've noticed that sometimes my sense of self-identity gets a bit shaken, usually as a result of having brushed up against something that serves as a trigger. When that happens my ego boundaries can get a little feathered or ragged and Life gets a bit blurry at the edges. Sometimes it's useful to ride that storm out to see where it takes me. Other times, it's more practical to move out of that space. You'll have to decide what's the best option for you at this time but do know that you'll make it through.
