I guess I should go on YouTube to look for more meditations then. For the most part, I look for meditation apps in the Goolge Play store, which are all great, but I like variety. I've noticed that some meditations work well and others just don't.
You guys are right, though. It does get better with practice. So far, I've been sticking to 5 - 8 minutes until I'm able to do longer sessions.
