This has been quite a day!

I felt depressed and overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts. Then I found a good advice at Net compatible with Mindfulness. I hope my new tool for this part of my burdens can be: "Notice them. They are normal and OK. Just let them pass by while you (I) concentrate yourself (myself) on the task you (I) are already doing".
I have used the day to take care of myself (grocery, nutrition, filling in prepared schedules (printed), charted, wrote in a former diary and not to forget; gymnastics).
Plans for Friday:
- Try to be mindful during the day, use printed schedules and logging nutrition.
- 08:00 Up, stretch my body, thank God for the new day.
- 08:30 - 09:30 Breakfast and Light Bulb.
- Gymnastics
- Hygiene
- Set a time to call my doctor to have my eyes examined.
- Grocery and Pharmacy
- Lunch one hour
- Do the dishwashing (amount according to energy)
