I have been sectioned because of my BPD. Actually pretty recently. I was there for an initial 3 days then again for another 14 days. In the hospital I was in there were alot of people there with BPD and it was pretty bad. I think people with BPD account for 20% of hospital admisiions so it is pretty common.
