I take it your just using it for sleep purposes? It acts on two fronts. 1) its a central nervous system depressant. 2)It prevents mania by regulating dopamine. I'm taking it at 200mgs a night. I would take more but there is an interatction between Geodon and Seroquel that affects my heart. People can go up to 600 or 700mgs if I recall correctly.
If you start to feel as though your legs feel uncomfortable, and you can't stop moving them, then you might need a side effect pill just for that called Cogentin. I take it because I startd to need it when I was put on Seroquel, but you might not. This really might help you a lot. It has me.
