The only thing I'm worried about is my friend has difficulties trusting the mental health system. He was locked up in psych wards as a child because he wrote lyrics for metal songs and his grandmother thought he was a psycho and devil worshipper because he liked hard rock/metal and had him hospitalized. He is afraid of getting locked up for life if he's honest to mental health professionals.
