I don't have pins & needles. But my entire body is churning 24 /7. It started out a number of years ago with something akin to restless leg syndrome. That gradually spread throughout my whole body. And now I just have this constant churning sensation. It's sort-of like a serious case of nerves. But I don't have anything to be nervous about.
I also experience some dizziness & nausea, especially upon getting up in the morning. But I have previously been diagnosed as having Meniere's Disease. So I presume it has something to do with that.

(I avoid doctors unless there's something specific I need to have checked out.)

But, anyway, I'm well acquainted with the feeling of wanting to jump out of your skin.
I wish I had something I could suggest to you in the way of a remedy but I don't. In my case, I just put up with it. My former pdoc suggested I try Klonopin for my rls-type sensations. He said it would smooth that out. However I declined. I was, at that point, entirely off med's & didn't want to get into taking anything again.
