IMHO, no one can know what The Creator looks like. He has no form as He is a spirit, too powerful, too omnipresent to be contained in any shape or form. That doesn't mean that if He chose to, He couldn't take any form He wished. IMO, it's dangerous to try and put a face to the Almighty God.
As for Jesus:
Isa 53:2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.
3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Makes me cry when I read those words. It hurts my heart to it's very core! But I love Him all the more.
He was a Jewish man. While there are blonde, blue eyes Jews, the majority have dark, curly hair. I picture Him quite slender since he didn't eat regular meals, sinuey and with callused hands from hard work, not much taller than I (5'3") with big, soulful eyes full of pain and sorrow one minute and almost overflowing with tears from the depth of love He feels for us, so gentle and so caring... beyond description.
