Mindfulness has been helpful to me. For me it mainly means focusing on daily activities, as has been mentioned. Paying attention to washing hands, brushing teeth, doing chores, walking. I only do body scan meditation (can be found on YouTube). Doing "traditional" meditation only paying attention to my mind and thoughts has been very damaging to me and triggered my dissociation.
