Aside from that, seems like a good session. I kinda get the looking in the cafe thing. It's one reason I know I can't take my dog to visit at ts old place. I know I'd look at his door looking for him.etc

Also even with my dog gone over a yr now, I still have moments where I wait for him
I think it's just a normal part of grief.
