I am so happy to announce that I made my decision on a renter for my dads rental house! Its a nice coulple who I am sure will see to it that the house is kept nice and will respect it. I still need to find a repair guy to work on the bathroom but other than that its good to go again! YAY!! There is one thing that is checked off my list now and not having to worry about it!. Sorry this is but I thought that since it was related to this thread it would be ok here if it needs moved by all means go ahead. Thanks for your support everyone~
