I wish I knew...everything pretty much is a trigger...every facet of my day is divided up to parts. Going home is a trigger. People places and things. Sometimes we fight for control. To stay present, I go to work 6 days a week which makes for a bigger check bonus.

Maybe building a trigger free daily routine? I do the same thing everyday...that helps keep the switching to a minimum- I know what to expect and have very few surprises.
