This was not the DBT but another T I was most likely trying to process attachment stuff with as she specializes in attachment issues. I didn’t cae for her much (she’s the one that talked a lot), but I guess I’m feeling a little hurt by her response. I know I shouldn’t feel that way, especially since I’m the one who terminated with her.

yeah that's upsetting but if you were trying to get her to react by saying you're quitting I don't find that people react in the ways one wAnts them to in such scenarios
