I'm a little bit concerned that this was more than dissociation due to your description of the moving wall, blurring, and, most significantly, the "presence of someone with their face (old woman face with mean intentions - as a witch) next to mine whispering something i didnt understand." That sounds more like hallucinations/psychosis to me.
