I certainly need to learn this as well. The more I think, the more I realize that my quality of life would greatly improve if I stop being a social shutout and stop avoiding and getting easily frustrated with people and start learning how to better adapt to social situations, wearing better masks, and building up my charisma.

I think I can learn a lot by monitoring this thread
