I’m not sure where to post this but it looks like I might be seeing my current therapist twice/week. I’m still working out the details, but I think it might work. I’d miss once/month for the second weekly appointment and he expressed concern about that (containment maybe?), but is willing to give it a try. I feel sort of giddy about the possibility as it was looking like it might not work out.
I did also meet with a new potential therapist earlier this week and she was good, I think, but ultimately it made me want to stay with my current therapist because it’s just taken so long for me to feel comfortable with him and I feel like I’m finally getting there. Phew.
