I need to find suitable replacements. And I won’t do soy anything.


Try vegetarian cooking for everyone by Deborah Madison it’s fantastic she does not do a lot of tofu but focuses on veg. She’s more likely to use rice or a chickpea for protein although there can be cheese....find a recipe of hers online and see if you like the style.
