I've had it once.

The University Medical clinic swore by it (were really very encouraging). I had a look online and saw mixed reviews. Seems about half the people on it have no trouble at all (and swear by it) while the other half have trouble and swear they will never take it again!

My experience was of the later. I felt bloated - like my body wanted to have a period. A bit crampy and bloated and stuff. And I felt like that... Oh for about 4 months or 6 months or whatever it was until my period finally came. So... Never again for me.

Are you thinking about doing it or have you done it already?
