.....any other UK folk with me? why does it take so long for them to listen to you and actually do something! That's if they'll do something in the first place.
Great... it's free (supposedly)... but that shouldn't mean they should treat people so appallingly.
Maybe its just my experiences (haven't got anything against the people that work for the NHS... just the system itself).
