I am inspired by my health books to improve my body and get in shape,I have a sudden burst of enthusiasm to put all I know about health and diet into practise instead of being controlled by my eating disorder and binge eating on the bad foods.I even want to exercise which I have hated all my life,I feel I want to build up muscle,and get lean.I ideally want an entirely meat free diet based on plant food.I hope to achieve this by this time next year.Fingers crossed.
