The only way I know how to suggest dealing with them is to assert yourself. Make it clear you won't tolerate their **** any longer. If possible, install a camera facing the front door of your apartment, maybe inside the window or something.

If they pick a fight with you or start messing with your dogs and your dogs attack, you can't be held liable, especially if there is recorded evidence showing them starting the fight. For an extra bonus, if the person harassing you is a man just use the fact that you're a woman and were scared of him as an excuse to punish him further.


Also, I would say just let the dogs attack and put them in their place if getting nearest heavy object and using it on them isn't an option.

Alternatively, if you go the camera route, use the recording to file a police report for harassment.


At least, that's how I would handle it.
