Is this legitimate landlord? I’ve NEVER heard such a thing. Every apartment complex informs people that if they have issues, inform manager, do not enter altercations. Unless you are on good friendly terms with a neighbor, it’s unacceptable to tell you clear issues with neighbors. Jeez.
