You are too nice. It doesn’t pay off
Since you were told to do so by your landlord the law would rest on them any way - but the permission would need to be obtained from the owner (I thought I said that?) of the dogs, not the dogs themselves since they are the responsible party - same as with children, you would need to obtain permission from the parents to take pictures.
