I understand that you are honestly trying to resolve it and there is zero shame in being on disability or going to soup kitchen. I am just saying neighbors have no business to know where you are going and why. You need to provide zero explanations where you are going and why you aren’t taking dogs with you. It’s not her business. Yes it’s exhausting to listen dogs barking regardless if it’s day or night but that’s the price people pay for living in apartments. She could look for apartment where pets aren’t allowed. But it’s not her business where you go and why
