Quality food and eating well IS important, raing vortex - and you definitely deserve it, as much as everyone else. Are you having problems managing your finances or is it just a guilt problem? If it's the former, is there a cheaper supermarket near you that you can try out? Please try not to feel guilty. As long as it's under control, I don't think spending money for food is something to be worried about - after all, food is a basic necessity.
