I have a Samsung tablet to confess that it’s like a computer I am sure that pc computer will work with a Samsung phone. Most of the information I read on the internet on geek sites around Samsung and PC computers says they are compatible more so then a iPhone. Since iPhone you need iTunes which is something more u have to download in order to open the files on the phone. Samsung connects with a driver from the phone via USB to allow to open files. Sounds way more simplistic then having to search for an application on the web for a phone to download that before using the applications on the phone.
