That's probably why I have a history of angry texting the therapist. It sounds like your therapist really wants to be able to provide you with what you need, so I guess you guys just need to work on how to identify what you need in the moment, and how to ask for it. Sounds so simple, but so many of us can't seem to solve this puzzle. I hope you and your therapist can figure it out to your satisfaction.
