As for what you can do about it, technically that should be the job of your boss. Why is he not doing anything about it if he knows what's up? Have you tried to ask that? Either way, since she isn't really your boss, I think you have every right to stand up for yourself and put her in your place, although perhaps you want to avoid conflict.
