You're all right. I've already told her that if she doesn't get me the full amount on Mon., I'm reissuing the eviction notice, and that will be it.


If she does come up with the money, and I decide to let her stay. I'm going to insist that ODSP (provincial disability insurance that she's on) pay me the rent directly, each month. They do it in a lot of landlord situations.

Fortunately she's not on the apartment lease, and only has a sublet agreement with me, and since we're sharing a kitchen and a bathroom, landlord/tenant rules don't apply, and I have a lot more flexibility in getting rid of her.
