Oh my. Sending hugs. Is he far and can you visit him often? I wonder if he could instead transfer to local school? Or he’d feel loss of independence? Or maybe could he take a semester off for medical reasons and go back when he is better? I imagine he just wants to go back to a normal life. Thinking about you and your family
