Do you see a therapist? Maybe that could help. That way you'll be able to learn how to deal with your emotions in a safe and healthy way. Maybe there are some books on the subject? I'd try to check it out if you can. To manage you anger, perhaps you could try yoga, or some similar exercises. Some people find it really helpful.
