I've been relatively obsessed about the cognitive, rather than the mood issues, associated with BP, both during episodes and the long term impacts. Latest psych recommended a version of the Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet. It's supposed to help brain health. There's a fair amount of information online.
Good diet, adequate sleep, exercise and routine. What more could you need? Oh, some would say meds and therapy
