I am inspired to write this post due to a refreshing conversation I had this morning with my friend sarahsweets.
What does your most effective morning routine look like? Do you like to wake up early and seize the day, or do you sleep in to get well rested? Do you make breakfast, read or write, clean the house, take care of the kids, watch the news, a combination of these things?
Basically, I think establishing a routine, especially a good morning routine, can be incredibly important and helpful to us. I am looking for the best ways that you like to get up and get going. I am aware that some may be struggling with this
