Woke up at 4am took vyvanse then went to study but kinda felt like going to bed but not sure so I went back to bed then got up again to study.

I started to panic. Because I wasn't sure whether or not to go to bed. My cat noticed that I was panicking and that freaked me out more. "What if someone comes in and sees me confused about whether or not to go to bed?".

My mom gave me an Ativan and I went to sleep..

Saw the doctor this morning. I switched back to Concerta. He also prescribed Ativan for rare occasions like this.
