Welp was prescribed an Albuterol inhaler for my issues with breathing outside in cold and doing physical activities. It made a notable difference out in the cold. And I didn't end up wheezing or out of breathe going up several flights of stairs. I can breathe easier at rest too. This is pretty awesome feeling better.
