When I was 15 Someone told me that soda doesn’t fill you up. Now I know that is not true. A large diet cherry Vanilla Coke from Wendy’s will keep me full for hours. In fact drinking liquids is the exact thing you need to do if your hungry, but have just eaten. And diet/light drinks work just as well as water. IMO.
