It's like when we are sick in bed with the flu & our body is just too worn out to function....we have mental flu days too when we just can't get the mind into anything except healing rest....nothing to feel guilty about.....just a fact of life.....a process of nature......something that is necessary so that we can function comletely in the future without burning ourselves completely out.
Take care & don't feel guilty....guilt is exhausting in itself & doesn't allow you the time you need to recover the way you need to.

like i have now..lol........guilt is realy exhausting..i read somewhere that
Guilt is ju8st keeping you where you are not. it makes you be what you are not. Since you feel giulty you know it`s NOT YOU but instead of changin it you feel guilty it keeps you away
"I`m done being there for others
They have their pain and so do I
No need to feel it all over
I try to hold on and you bring me down"
