They help with the ups more than the downs. I still get dangerously low. I'm on Depakote, Zyprexa, Trileptal, and Remeron. Weight gain as the only side effect. I get ECT too, and that causes some memory loss and general fogginess. I'm grateful for my "cocktail" but I wish it helped a bit more for the depressive side of things.
