I was 146.8 today. Tomorrow, I want to get some nacho fries from Taco Bell. They have 400 calories. I kind of want to get two boxes. I’m not sure that’s a good idea. That leaves me with 400 calories for the day. I guess if I have a piece of baked chicken for dinner at 110 calories. And 45 calories of steamed squash, that will leave me with 245 calories for a lean cuisine for a snack. It will work out.
