Ruby has ASD and some human interactions and social clues are harder for her to decipher. She’s been asking people on here and hopefully her case worker what are appropriate work place behaviors. I’d say that going by what’s being shared on here she shows improvement as this issue at least isn’t the kind to warrant getting her fired etc it’s a work in progress. Sometimes step forward and two back but hopefully mostly learning progress
