i know you're going through so much. i think you're one of the smartest, bravest, strongest people i know. having said that, i want to say something else too.

i know some of you are suicidal, but there are many more that want to live. you must fight for them and for your children. you've fought so hard for so long now. things will get better. sometimes it feels as though they're worse for a while until they get better. i know there's so much going on in every aspect of your life. your t wants to help you so much. would you allow her the gift of being there for you when you need her the most? she would feel good about that...if you would reach out...she's waiting for you to do that, in fact.

i've met the parts of you that want to live wantto. can you rest for a while and let them handle things this weekend? you don't have to work or anything. can you let go of some control and allow them to handle things right now, while you rest? can you give them that ok?

wantto, you know that i love you much. you've become a part of my life as family...every day, there's my wantto you matter...all of you matters. you're just so tired and see no end in sight. let go and let the ones who aren't tired take your burden right now. they've done it before and they can do it again. that's why they're there
