LT, I think it's uncool that your ex T didn't tell you that the email length was bothering her and started acting differently toward you. I used to email former T some pretty long ones sometimes, and sometimes shorter ones, but she never acted differently toward me. I would have been hurt if she did. Also, I like how your T made sure to let you know that what he was talking about didn't apply to your relationship with him. It's good that he was very clear about that. You got to talk about a lot of stuff during your appointment. I feel like I don't get through that much stuff with my appointment. Your T sounds like he stays very on topic. Sometimes with the T I have now, I feel like I have to get her back to what I was talking about. I also think it's good your T can self-reflect. That's a good quality.
