I was only trying to ask what "acting out" means to you explaining it with examples. I didnt want anyone to feel bad for sharing (which still is a totally personal choice).
I was just trying to understand if its about the same things I do ornot since I donnt have a clear picture of what acting out means. No offence, judfgement or shame to anybody. Sorrry if it came out as a bad question
